Brandi has been teaching yoga since 2002 and currently offers classes geared towards beginners. She found this was her specialty when other teachers would send her people new to yoga.
In addition to teaching beginners, Brandi also offers a How to Teach Beginner’s Yoga Well module for Teacher Trainings. In these modules she shares the benefits and joys of teaching beginners, confidence to work with beginners and skills to work with beginners in an all levels class.
She has an amazing knack for making students feel ok where ever they are at in their practice while also encouraging students to listen to their body as she guides them to the next levels.
