Brandi is better than therapy. Brandi very skillfully helped me to process very deep conditioning and bring laughter, tears, and integration to all the emotions I had been avoiding or abusing myself with. Brandi sees your soul. She could see when I was shutting down or spiraling, held me, and guided me back to myself. Her knowledge of breathwork, mantras, and other somatic techniques is so artful, and she carries herself with such realness and joy.
